They are very flexible due to the fact that they will construct a custom or semi-custom home for you, designed by your own architect or they will also build from other floor plans you might present to them. When it comes down to your questions or tough decisions, Larry and Glenn Jentsch will be the ones to assist you. The reassurance of being able to talk directly with the builders is only one part of the satisfaction you will feel during the building process. Expect to meet with the builder a minimum of three times before signing at closing. It is rare for a one-time meeting because Jentsch Builders want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything. The service does not end when you move in. After you have been in your new home for the first 30 days, Jentsch Builders will gladly take care of any concerns you may have. If you have a list of things that need to be repaired or touched up, they will efficiently do so. Their customer service still does not end; because after one year, they will come in and take care of any spackling or cracks that may have appeared.
